The tag glitch is really annoying, so heres a couple ways to get around it

-copy and paste your tags after typing them out somewhere else and hit enter of course

-if your stubborn like me, put a space between each letter you type in your tag, if you want the text to look normal delete the space afterward

-use the tags tumblr recommends or whateva

As funny as this glitch looks, it’s pretty frustrating getting it every time you fight an Ixi Raider.

Luckily I know a fix!

Set EE/FPU to Nearest and Tor will land.

Enable mods glitch fix

After yesterday’s patch (Aug. 24, 2021), I had an issue where I couldn’t enable mods no matter how many times I changed the option, quit and restarted the game. In case you have this issue as well, here are some things that could fix it...

1. Options.ini

The options.ini file is a text document that contains the “code” for your in-game options, so this fix may help solve this problem. You can either:

a. delete the options.ini file and force the game to create a new one and then set the settings to how you had it previously, then restart the game.

OR

b. Open the options.ini file and manually change the settings. To do this, double click on the file to open it with notepad (I’m on a PC so I don’t know what program it would be on a Mac). Find ‘modsdisabled’ and change the ‘1′ to a ‘0′ to turn it off. Hit save and close. This should fix the problem. If it does not (like in my case), try step #2.

2. Sims 4 folder

Another thing I found that could fix the problem is to remove the entire sims 4 folder (Documents> Electronic Arts > The Sims 4) and force the game to create a new one. Move (or copy) the folder to the desktop (do not delete it without having it backed up somewhere) so that you don’t lose your saves, mods, etc. After the folder is moved, open your game and it should make a new folder. Change the settings to your liking and restart the game.

Assuming your problem is solved, you can add your mods into the new mods folder that was just created (make sure that any mods are updated because they could cause freezing/crashing). Start up the game and check for any problems. If everything is working correctly, you can add in your saves/tray files/screenshots, etc. from your old folder into the new one. Open the game to ensure it is working properly. If this still doesn’t work, try step #3.

3. Repair your game

If neither of the first two fixes worked, you can try repairing your game to see if that fixes it. To do this, open Origin and right click on Sims 4 and hit ‘Repair’. This could take a while depending on how many packs you own, so be patient. After it completes, open the game to see if it is fixed.

Hi! I'm not sure if you knew this, but I believe I found a glitch in TWFTW

After I finish talking to "you" (NPC you, which is really clever by the way) and Jesse, their sprites change. NPC Michaela's hair is more blonde, and Jesse's sleeves turned black. Just letting you know!

Oh, thank you for bringing that to my attention-and for being clear about what triggers it! I think I know how to fix that (sounds like they're reverting to the original sprites and I accidentally updated only the first interaction). I'll get on it, thanks!
