1. Who first sees the other across the classroom on their first day of geology lectures?

Amy got there early and sees Jake get there just after the bell rings. 

2. Who cries over all the beautiful foraminifera under the microscope?

Amy, obviously

3. Who invites the other to the geology ball? And then proposes at midnight?

Jake. He figures out what Amy’s favorite mineral is (Microcline) and gets it put in a ring.

4. Who gets excited on every field trip?

They both do! 

5. Who pretends to have trouble with rocky terrain on field trips just so they have an excuse to hold their beloved one’s hand (and occasionally fall into their arms)?

Neither. they are trying too hard to show off. Jake really does twist his ankle showing off how far he can jump

6. Who gets out twenty books on rocks and who’s the other who begins collecting actual rocks and minerals?

Amy does the reading ahead of time and then wants to say all the right answers so gets the books out again. Jake gets out his hammer immediately.

7. Who gets excited over geophysics and who’s the one who wants to murder said geophysics module?

Amy would try to care, but geophysics sucks and they would both help each other to get through it.

8. Who’s the one that yells at bad geology in movies? In public?

Amy would do it in public. They watch tremors and they both get into yelling at the screen, but they can’t do that anymore because its too stressful to hear that many wrong things for fun

9. Who’s the one who keeps making terrible geology puns?

Amy. all the time

10. Who makes creative euphemisms out of the most innocuous of geology terminologies? Who comes up with new ones during sexy times?
