In Fossilized Wonders, if you quit while the screen is shaking from Marisa's bomb, the screen will continue to shake if you restarted the stage, were to pick a different stage, tried to practice a spell, viewed a replay or even when the Demo Play is triggered.
While the video is from the full version, this also happened in the trial version.
In Fossilized Wonders you can bomb at the end of the stage and the bomb will be carried on to the next stage. The bomb may still be active in the next stage and will kill any enemies which get in contact with it, although it doesn't always happen. However, if you finish the stage with the active lingering bomb, the killing abilities of it will be gone in the next stage, so it will be just a visual annoyance.

During stage 4 of Fossilized Wonders, Yuiman's third nonspell and spellcard both have 0 stars in the top left corner. They should have 1. For reference, I have also included the previous nonspell and spell and the subsequent spell which have the correct number of stars.
During the extra stage, Yuiman's third spellcard has 1 star in the top left corner, while it should have 0.
In Fossilized Wonders extra stage Marisa yellow1 route, the surprised portrait of Nina Watari from the end of the fight is non damaged. In the yellow2 route it appears correctly as damaged. This can be viewed quickly through the achievements menu, the dialogue portrait issue still persists there.
In the Achievements menu from Fossilized Wonders, achievements 19-34 will show the extra stage dialogue from each route. The issue is that Yuiman’s name appears in upper left corner, while Nina is on screen.
The title bar of Fossilized Wonders has the game named as "Fossilized Wonder", at singular form. This happened in both the trial version and the full version.
Moreover, the full version title bar says "ver 1.00c", but the game is ver 1.00a, which can be seen on the screen near the Quit option.
If you bomb during Nina's 「チョコレートリバー」 “Chocolate River” spellcard in Fossilized Wonders, she will get a healthbar which you will be able to deplete. The healthbar seems to have a HP marker around 2/3 of it, but nothing special happens if you reach it. You can trigger the bomb before the spellcard begins, but it must end after the spell has started. By doing this, you will be able to make the healthbar appear but not have the spellcard Failed instantly.
The healthbar doesn’t appear if you die or break a hyper. Also, as opposed to Okina in Hidden Star in Four Seasons and Saki in Wily Beast and Weakest Creature, Nina will remain darkened even when her healthbar appears.
During stage 6 of Fossilized Wonders, Ariya’s third nonspell and spell should have 4 stars in the top left corner. The nonspell starts correctly with 4 stars but after the dialogue they disappear. For reference, I have included the next nonspell and spell which have the correct number of stars.
Also, the sixth spell should have 1 star instead of 0. Again, I have also included as a reference the previous nonspell and spell and the subsequent spell which have the correct number of stars.
