You know what’s weird? How something can sound sparkly. Like someone could describe a sound effect as “sparkly” and everyone knows what it means. Like when you hear that little sound you think “glitter” and it’s so weird because glitter doesn’t make noise but but somewhere along the lines glitter got its own sound effect even though that’s impossible in real life

Does anyone know how to actually recreate the sound of glitter because i have no clue how it even works

#MADGLITTER ULTRAVIOLET TEARY EYES

Sometimes a girl’s just gotta play.

I used

navy blue sparkly cream shadow; try Dior Cosmos

a little black pencil along the lashes and extended into a low flick

multi-chromatic eye by blending two duochrome pigments (one blue one violet) over a navy cream shadow in a 1920′s style smoky eye shape; Inglot AMC pigments in 113 and 112

packing on two shades of glitter (one violet near the eye, fading to transparent rainbow further down); Coastal Scents Razzle Dazzle and Ballerina Dream, over my favorite Lit Cosmetics glitter base

dramatic wispy lashes; Red Cherry #16

To link the eyes to the cheeks, I also did an “ombre cheek highlight” from the outer corners of my eyes down to my cheeks. It goes from a chartreuse green to gold to pink. Just look for those transparent white pigments or shadows that have a duochrome shift.
