Thanks CUFF for having me as a DJ last night. I felt honoured, and all the wild, energetic crowds made it such a memorable night! :)

I wonder what Trinidadian journalists are paid? I didn’t realise one could be paid for lying, but then again in our country one can be paid for anything.
I stumbled across an article on the Globe Cinema POS and my oh my, the number of falsities, mistakes & outright untruths in one little news piece had my head spinning.
But most importantly, I questioned if that moron writing the article KNEW about all the ways he was misleading readers. Dates were wrong, buildings were wrong, names were wrong, “historical facts” were instead made-up garbage… and this from a headlining piece? Oh my.
Maybe I should have my 7 year old cousin employed at the Newsday; all her imaginary pals & fantasy worlds would fit right in.
And now for the most serious part of this little blog, your headline read “25 MILLION FOR GLOBE”… then you proceeded to NAME an individual in your article who DOES NOT OWN Globe Cinema. Did you ever think of our society today? Our beautiful, crime-infested country? You work at a newspaper, so I’m assuming your eyes would be full of the murders, rapes, & kidnappings that are so prolific in our country... did you ever stop to consider that giving an innocent individual's name under the headline "25 MILLION" might put that person & their family in harm's way? Might suddenly send them skyrocketing to the forefront of some gang's agenda? No. Of course you didn't. Because you're not a journalist. You're a slimy, lazy "writer" - and I use that word loosely - who only cares about writing a "blockbuster" article that would send your pathetic name to the front of your newspaper.
Now playing at the Globe Cinema (May 27 - June 2) we go behind the scenes into the world of New York Times photographer Bill Cunningham.
