A Glock 21 that survived a direct shot an stayed in the gunfight, here is the story.
...he was in a gunfight, and as he drew his Glock, the bad guy shot first with a .38 snubnose hollow point. The bullet hit Chad in his Glock (just between the Streamlight and the receiver) which kicked his Glock up in the air!! Chad was startled and scared.
He thought he had a negligent discharge because of the way his pistol kicked back at him! He took a knee in embarrassment and quickly surveyed his weapon. Then he realized that he had actually been shot directly into his sidearm!! He was lucky to be alive! Thank god the bullet was a hollow point that expanded and didn’t pierce through the weapon to his head!!
Chad regained his composure in a matter of seconds and got back into the gunfight (His Glock 21 still worked flawlessly!) needless to say. The bad guy is dead now 😈 …The Salem PD took his Glock and framed it in a Shadow Box for him.
