Ten years ago at a point where Latinx people were being criminalized in AZ and we were having fannish conversations about how whiteness informed the mobility of lots of media characters, my sister @glockgal​ drew this South Asian take on the Winchester brothers for the Racebending Revengeathon and posted it on livejournal/dreamwidth and it is still one of the best fucking things I’ve ever seen and oh wait there was a second part too

now i know that was a lot to process so you may want to have this little bit of meta as dessert after all that

Drawing is like 60% practice and 35% motivation and 5% talent. And there's never an age limit on choosing to try something for your own fun and pleasure! I've been on an art block for like 5 years and slowly getting back into it now. Seeing your wish to draw means I totally gonna be cheering you on, whatever and whenever you try a bit of arting.
