Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) has successfully launched a GLONASS-M navigation satellite abroad a Soyuz-2.1B medium-lift rocket on March 16.

The rocket lifted off at 21: 28 (Moscow time) from the launch pad No. 4 of the Site 43 launch complex (Site 43/4) at Plesetsk cosmodrome in the Arkhangelsk region.
