I could see Arcane Herald Viktor summoning a pair of arms on the inside of his stomach to loosely hug the poor soul that refused his healing. They're terrified, of Him, and it pains him to realize that there's very little he could do to soothe them. To ease their mind about their place in all of this.
Maybe he'd also summon a temporary pair of eyes on the opposite stomach wall just to check in on them. Ough. Just imagine being just about to fade out of consciousness when a pair of glowing, golden pinpricks light up the other side of the dark purple/almost pitch black stomach. You aren't free of his intense gaze even here in the depths of what remains of his digestive tract.
Also the disembodied voices cooing reassurances at the poor soul. Are they the voices of those that've been turned into perfect humans do you think? Or are the voices unique to the things Arcane Herald Viktor can do with his digestive tract?
(I think he can sense when they're about to run out of energy so he has to spit them back out, or that his energy vampirism only takes so much from the poor soul he's using like a living breathing battery at a time.) (Side note: Are all humans that small to Arcane Herald Viktor (In Glorious Consumption), or has something happened to the poor soul in particular that's made them extra teeny?)
(Imagine a teeny tiny Jayce trying to get through to Viktor that what he's doing is wrong. lol.)

THIS IS AWESOME! I do see the voices somewhat being the voices of the perfected humans. They're part of him now, and they love you just as much as he loves you. That's why they're so unconditionally gentle with you. I also see Viktor being a giant compared to humans now. He didn't immediately grow huge upon emerging from the hexcore, but as its corruption became more significant, he grew in power alongside it (literally).
