Glo Season: Entry 1
We trying to drop 97-100 pounds by my 24th birthday (turning 23 in about a month lol).
The past two days of metabolic conditioning has me dead. Next day soreness is familiar and unforgiving. But It shows that I gotta improve my stamina.
They always say week 1 is the hardest. It’ll be smooth sailing from here.
We gettin’ right and tight. Just gotta be disciplined with dietary intake. Shouts to My Fitness Pal and my food scale.
RIP to In-N-Out from yesterday though, it definitely didn't sit well with my stomach.
Maybe we’ll go vegetarian even though I just eat chicken and turkey.
