Welcome to the fortress, we do things a little differently here. First, you'll probably notice massive pumps on the way in, they're to dam the river doesn't change things up as much as you'd think. Then of course you've got the erm houses. Yes, we are dwarves, but you see our founder was obsessed with beavers, so all the workshops and living quarters are aboveground. No below-ground agriculture here. if you don't rain, well tough. Also, ignore the skeletons in the trees, they went up to pick fruit, someone else needed the ladder and one week later, it turns out old "Stickler's" starved to death. Happened twice now. Also, don't look in the basement or ask why there are so many yaks
