sleeping loops- night before mexico:
I wrote and recorded this song the night before I went to Mexico in December. We arrived in Mexico the next night, tired and spent after a full day of traveling and I remember being in the backseat of the car that picked us up drinking this tequila soda drink they have in Mexico called "New Mix" at 1 in the morning and it all felt so surreal and beautiful.
There is this odd feeling that takes hold of you when you find yourself in a place you have always wanted to travel to and you are finally there. It's so overwhelming that it can be hard to live totally in that moment.
I want this song to be the background music to that feeling.
enjoy.
sleeping loops- moon room
I wrote this song about a week ago and have been working on editing it since then. It is a really long song but a song worth listening through to the end. Similar to "Wolf Bed" or "Ok All" this is a song that begins with calm soft instrumentals but ultimately ends with me singing. Like those other two songs, when I was writing this song I let it evolve naturally and made the decision to sing over it literately three seconds before I started to sing. Sometimes I think this is my way of channeling my subconscious and fleshing out emotions I keep tucked away. I through it out to the world and I spend the next couple of weeks trying to figure out what it means to me.
I hope you enjoy.
For the past two summers I have written a bunch of summer sounding loops and put the ones I enjoy the most together as one cohesive album. Here is "Summer Loops Vol II." I hope you enjoy it, it is free so download it and pass it on to others.

sleeping loops-wine teeth
Recommended way to listen: Drink wine till it stains your teeth. Listen to this song and dance by yourself in your room. Take a walk to the beach at night and hope it is still stuck in your head. Take in everything. [All in that order].
