like what if tsh does become a movie tho except hollywood like hypes up every scene

like bunny’s death yeah it’s intense but not in the “loud music and close-ups intense” but in the “stillness of the woods and everything silent but the wind intense”

like tbh i want there to be a movie but i also don’t want there to be a movie bc i don’t want the people who make it to completely destroy it and make one-dimensional characters

but, last i heard, donna tartt’s not selling the rights so we don’t have to worry about it really
