Is all of your poetry derived from specific or real experiences? They feel very real.

yeah, most of it is my thoughts on something that happened/is happening/will happen. like i have a specific thought i’m trying to convey or deal with, or a certain feeling i’m trying to let out. most of the reason i write is because it’s therapeutic for me. it helps me deal with my depression, bipolar, ptsd, and events unfolding in my life. i’m really happy that my writing feels real, because it’s based in reality, in what i feel, and that means that it’s accessible and relevant and not garbage. and hopefully you’ll keep reading, because i promise i’ll keep on writing, for as long as i can. for as long as i have to. and i mean “have to” in a good way, not in a negative way. like my creativity is pushing me. (^-^)
