Workout 1: 4 sets of 40-50 reps each!
Split squats (each side)
Deadlifts
Glute kickbacks (each side)
Hip thrusts
Workout 2: 4 sets of each!
40 clam shells with resistance band (feet together)
40 reps per side: side plank leg extensions, hold the extension for 3 sec!
50 glute bridges (thrust), squeeze at top for 3 sec
Workout 3: 4 sets of each!
20 wide squats with feet rotated out
15 reps per side: side lunges
4x side leg extension (raise bottom leg) with top leg bent across
Workout 4: 4 sets of each, 30 reps each side!
Downward dog with leg extension
Glute bridge position (lying on shoulders) with leg extension
