Definitely recommend if you’re into crime podcasts! 🔥 A few exercises from today’s Glute and Abduction lower body workout: 1️⃣ Bulgarian split squat: A little tip, position yourself on the ground first and then stand up! 2️⃣ Hip thrusts 3️⃣ Weighted lying side leg raises: We incorporated a number of abductor exercises but I definitely felt the burn with these! Give them a try! 4️⃣ Plié squat to toes: Try these out during commercial breaks when you’re watching Netflix! Squeeze the glutes at the top. 5️⃣ Weighted skater lunges: Perform controlled. You don’t always have to rush through a movement! There is a time and place for that too!
