i’ve currently fallen deep into the creepypasta fandom after a bit of a hiatus, and i’m craving a good ‘ol horror slice of life roleplay! (think fanon; the slender mansion and all of the activities going on there, as well as any additions we may want to add.) i’m looking for either an mxf ocxoc or ocxcc roleplay, with myself writing as the f. for canon characters, i’m looking for someone to write toby! i am willing to double, though i may be a bit rusty. the characters that i’m most confident in writing are BEN drowned, EJ, jeff, and very possibly brian thomas/hoodie (of course, these characters will have my own headcanons and twists applied to them).

GENERAL INFO
Hello, if you're under the cut... I suppose you're interested. Just know this post is going to get very long, so be ready for a long haul. I've been rather low-energy myself, lately, but...I figure I may as well toss this into the void and see if there are any nibbles.
I'm Writer- a twenty-five year old demiboy (they/them preferred, but he/him is also acceptable). I've been roleplaying online since 2016/17,...and you may feel free to do that math yourself. I live in the EST timezone, and I work a steady job with consistent hours (presently a warehouse janitor- I work 9AM - 2PM Tues - Fri, and 8AM - 1PM on Sat). I am very rarely around on Saturdays, and only around to talk on Wednesdays. Every other day of the week, I'm around whenever I'm not at work- energy and mind depending.
I will not accept any roleplay partner that is under the age of eighteen. Twenty-one or older is gently preferred, but not required.
I prefer to communicate OOC on Discord, via an OOC server. I used to roleplay on Discord as well, but after getting a taste for the customization of G-Mail RPs,...I don't think I can go back. My characters are SIs- or rather, 'self-inserts', or 'yumesonas'. They are based heavily on myself, as a person- from appearance to personality, to quirks and manners of speaking/acting. They are different due to their various histories, upbringings, etc., etc.- but if the thought of roleplaying with such a thing weirds you out, I recommend you leave now.
REQUIREMENTS
I personally write in a multi-paragraph/semi-novella style. I do not expect this to be matched, but a decent level of literacy (proper grammar, spelling) is required. I will discontinue the roleplay if the reply size falls below three paragraphs per side/main portrayed character.
In terms of genre, I'm decidedly a romance addict when it comes to roleplay.- For that matter, I intend every roleplay to focus on at least two ships- yours, and mine! It's a double-up- so you portray a character for me, I portray a character for you. All the business.
I enjoy a quickburn, but I am fine to portray a medium-burn (if desired) for your side.
Additional genres I enjoy are: fantasy, adventure, and action.

SOULMATE AU DETAILS
This would apply to all of the RPs/worlds, regardless of which one you want to RP in- so please keep it in mind!
Sidenote: I'm perfectly happy to accept alternate soulmate AU ideas, if there's one you'd prefer to write/do! I just really love the concept of soulmate AUs, so I incorporate them into all of my RPs.
Some entities are born with soulmates. There are two ties between soulmates- the physical and the metaphysical.
The Physical tie shows itself as a winding thread, interwoven red strings (made of fabric if organic, or wires if mechanical) that are tied to each soulmate's left little finger/digit. This thread passes through solid objects, and can only be touched by a soulmate's bare skin/plating. Only those who are part of the tie can see it. It hangs between soulmates, always showing the way to one's other half.
The Metaphysical tie shows itself in how soulmates can communicate. Similar to how comm-links function, soulmates can send one another 'messages' over their bond. These messages can be datapacks, memories, thoughts, sensations- anything and everything. Anything sent over the bond is automatically translated to the receiver. This can, however, be hacked if one of the soulmates is a Cybertronian. It can be used to send viruses, plant false memories, send messages from a third party- so on and so forth.
Soulmates are not tied to one another's life. If one dies, that will not cause the other to die. However, the death of a soulmate is a painful experience. The thread fades to gray and snaps, before disappearing- and it has been mentioned that it feels 'like one's spark/soul is being ripped apart'.
If the soulmates are in separate universes, or separated by dimensions, then their thread will simply hang until roughly about a foot away from their body- before disappearing into nothingness. The thread will still 'hang' in the direction of where one's soulmate would be, if they were in the same universe.

And beyond that,...the worlds I'm interested in will be separated by 'verse, and under each banner will be a brief description of the SI variant I have for that world! Have fun!
Technically, some of these self-inserts have more to their story than what I've written down- but I left out how they met their version of Optimus and whatnot so that (if you'd like) we can come up with our own version of the two meeting!

BAYVERSE
When I say 'Bayverse', I mean the films 'Transformers' (2007) to 'Transformers: The Last Knight' (2017). I consider 'Bumblebee' and 'Rise of the Beasts' to be a part of their own continuity, separate from the others (which is also on this list, actually!).
Self Insert: Echo Lennox
Explanation:
Echo Lennox was born into a family on the brink of ruin- one that abused them day in and day out due to their birth being attributed to the death of their mother. They were given up to the foster care system at seven years old- and adopted at ten years of age into the Lennox family. There, they were given the love and care they'd failed to receive in their earlier youth- but the damage was already done.
They attended military school, got a two-year college degree, and eventually opened a bath bomb shop they dubbed 'Whispered Echoes'. They used their profits to give their parents a relaxing retirement, and they've been running the shop ever since their parents passed. They keep in decent contact with their brother, William Lennox.
Variation:
This was actually a concept made for a specific roleplay, but I am open to adding it to Echo's character for more roleplays. In a previous life, Echo Lennox was a Velocitronian named 'Latent Echo'- a young 'bot that was raced to the breaking point in 'energon races' (think illegal races where the losers are all killed, so the stakes are high) by their family. They eventually escaped Velocitron and ended up on Cybertron, where they would meet one Orion Pax.- And fall in love with him. Shortly before the war began, however, Latent Echo was murdered- for no reason other than some quick Shanix. Their frame was raided for anything sellable, and everything else was tossed into a scraplet hive- leaving behind no remains.
After taking some severe damage towards the start of 'Revenge of the Fallen', Echo (Lennox) starts to recall their past life as Latent Echo.
G1
I have only seen season one (so far) of G1, so my knowledge of its story is very limited.
Self Insert: Fenix Bronze
Explanation:
Fenix lived their whole life feeling,...empty. Nothing brought them true happiness, nothing was worthwhile. They simply ghosted along through existence, not realizing that the hole in their emotions was due to their soulmate being dead. The brunet eventually stumbled upon a rift through time, crossing over it without even realizing,...until it was too late. They turned back- and the rift was gone.
Fenix had been stranded in the 1970s.- But,...it was like anything else in their life. They simply,...got on with it. Eventually, Fenix picked up a job on an oilrig (same one Spike and Chip work on), eventually becoming a medic.

Self Insert: Solstice 'Alex Pusher'
Explanation:
Solstice never anticipated traveling back in time. But then again, who does?- Nothing in their life could have prepared them for it. Nothing in reality could have ever saved them from it. They'd gone to bed one evening, in the early 2030s- and awoke the next morning in the 1980s.
It took some time to get used to their new 'life'- between mourning the loss of their old one and just trying to survive (after all, they hadn't gone back with a phone, a wallet, anything but their night clothes)- it was…quite the rough transition. But, they were able to get on their feet (eventually)- and now,…they live in a run-down apartment building in Brooklyn.
At least they've made friends with their neighbors, the Diazs- though they really wouldn't have put 'meet soulmate' on their bingo card- let alone 'soulmate's an alien fugitive'.

Self Insert: Comet Trail
Explanation:
Comet is the owner of a café in the city, and has been close friends with Koji's father for quite a few years. They have a 'I do what I want, and if you don't like it, tough cookies' sort of attitude- and they enjoy combing glitter into their hair.

Self Insert: Arrow Fable
Explanation:
While unaware of it, Arrow is an entity much like Sari. A protoform that landed on Earth, and was found by a man- their father- who raised him like their own. They were never lied to about being 'adopted', and when they turned eighteen, they were told what little origins Mr. Fable knew. They set out to make a name for themself,...only to fail, and eventually end up working a dead-end job at a drive-in theatre in Detroit.

TRANSFORMERS ONE
Self Insert: Atlas
Explanation:
Atlas fell to Cybertron nearly fifty vorns ago. A humanoid from beyond the stars, with no personal memories of their 'home' planet- but plenty of random facts and information about it. They watched Sentinel plucking cogs from unconscious Cybertronians, and were discovered- and summarily chased. They managed to escape via a power they developed (technokinesis), but their death has been ordered by the Prime's servo. They live on the surface, in a city they call 'The City of Vines'- the only semi-organic on the planet's surface.
They've lived nearly 3,200 human years in complete isolation, save when they were being attacked. As such,...Atlas' trust in Cybertronians is essentially at zero.
Variation:
Unlike the other 'verses, this is the only universe where I would be just-as happy to have Sentinel Prime (or an SG!Sentinel, I can tell you my thoughts on that mech-) portrayed for my self-insert. In that universe, Atlas would have no name,...until being named 'Aether' by Sentinel.
UNICRON TRILOGY
I have only seen the first twenty or so episodes of 'Armada', and I have not seen any of 'Energon' or 'Cybertron' (yet). As such, my knowledge of this universe is...barebones, but I know a bit.
Self Insert: Flynn Ward
Explanation:
A gaming cafe owner, and a total horror/internet horror junkie. Flynn went through a lot in their life- but they can't stand the thought of others being hurt in their place, especially children.
Flynn also ends up with their own minicon companion in this universe- an OC I made called 'Impulse'. Due to a glitch in Impulse's programming, only Flynn can actively use them in combat.

WAR FOR CYBERTRON (NETFLIX // 2020)
I would have no intent to make season three canon, if we were to roleplay this universe. If anything, a lot of the stuff between season two and season three would be ripped out- so it would be up to us to come up with our own take. I mostly like this universe for the overall concept of the initial setting, as well as the art design.
Self Insert: Solar
Explanation:
A human that got killed and isekai'd to Cybertron. Much like Atlas (TFO), they have scraplet teeth and can eat metal/survive Cybertron's toxic atmosphere- but unlike their TFO counterpart, they have the power to 'REPAIR' any mech they come into physical contact with. This power cannot be used to revive the dead- and overuse of it will kill Solar.
But they refuse to just stand by while a war rages all around them...so they spend the majority of their time in the medbay aboard the Ark, after they're initially discovered.

PERSONALIZED WORLDS
When I say 'personalized', I mean that (whether canon or not), these are worlds that have gone completely off the rails from canon. Even attempting to roleplay them would involve a lot of explaining on my side as to how each world functions- let alone how the roleplay would go. I'm more hesitant to dip into double-up RPs concerning these worlds, since they're insanely headcanon based.
HEARTS OF STEEL
Self Insert: North Frewin
Explanation:
A world full of magic and spellcraft, powered by the Earth's core. This world involves concepts from the show 'The Librarians', as well as a variety of web comics. North is a human with an insane amount of mana built up in their system- to the point that, without their suppression collar, they would spontaneously combust. They travel the world gathering artifacts, magics, etc., that are simply too powerful for humanity to handle- and lock it all up at their library, where they officially work as 'the curator'.
This world is loosely based on the concept of the 'Hearts of Steel' comics, wherein the Autobots all transform into trains, as opposed to cars (and human technology has not advanced beyond a steampunk level- though their magic has advanced to nearly futuristic).

THE ENDLESS WAR
Self Insert: Cache File
Explanation:
The higher-ups of Cybertron realized a war was going to break out, and they found the 'key players' of said war. Optimus Prime, Megatron, all their subordinates and would-be warriors,...they were all captured, and hooked up to a massive simulation. Inside this simulation, they would play out their war- on an endless repeat. Some wars were different from others, some kinder, some harsher, some long and some short.- But always, always, it was war. The loop began just before the war would start,...and ended just as the war was finished. Their memory of the previous loop would be erased,...and they would begin again.
Enter 'Cache File', a human that managed to get uploaded into this system. They don't remember how they were before this. What they were before this. All they know is that the war is endless. The loops are endless. There is no escape. They've lived countless lifetimes, countless eternities, as the only one who remembers every single loop. They are neither Player Character nor Non Player Character, staying 'stabilized' even when they enter zones players aren't in (resulting in a glitching world). They are the only one who can find- and use- respawn points, bringing back the dead on either side.
What is the point to eternity, when all you can do is struggle uselessly to escape its bonds?
UNIVERSAL CALAMITY
Self Insert: Tommie Park
Explanation:
If you've ever seen the movie 'Edge of Tomorrow', imagine that- but taken to a universal scale. The Mimics- or as the Cybertronians call them, 'Shifters'- have invaded the universe. Multiple worlds, multiple galaxies have fallen- and humanity and Cybertronians have banded together to destroy this scourge, before it can wipe out all other life.
Tommie Park is a soldier aboard the ship 'The Redeemer', under the command of one 'Optimus Prime'. Much like the main character of 'Edge of Tomorrow', Park has gained the ability to reset time by dying.- An ability that a few of Optimus' soldiers have gained.
The Cybertronian war between Autobots and Decepticons is nonexistent in this 'verse due to the extinction-level event everyone is facing, but tensions are still high between those who wear the Decepticon insignia and those who wear the Autobot insignia.

AWARE OF // NOT BUILT WORLDS
These are iterations of Transformers that I am at least aware of, but I do not have a self-insert built for them, and for a chunk of them, I have seen almost no media related. As such, my knowledge of such universes is rather small. So if you want to RP one of these worlds, please realize that I will be slower for the first few days while I do research/catch up on the iteration, at least enough to make a self-insert.
My knowledge of the characters for these will be incomplete, if not rudimentary or virtually nonexistent. As such, please be patient with me. All I ask. ^w^
I may include the basic concepts I've considered for such 'verses, may not. But my chances of accepting roleplays in these worlds are- relatively low. Not absolutely zero, but low.
CYBERWORLD
Given it's all meant to take place in a video game(?)/simulation (from what I can tell), I would probably make a remix of Memory File- an old OC/SI of mine with technokinesis (the base for Atlas and Solar, actually). Beyond that,...I'm not sure.
EARTHSPARK
I'm relatively uncertain about this one in general. I've seen a few chats OOC, and apparently the ending of season three was very 'miss' with basically everyone. There are also apparently a lot of MegOP undertones, and while I can appreciate everyone's desire to ship,...that makes me more hesitant to RP in this 'verse just as a base.
IDW
All I know about this universe is from screenshots and whatnot on the web. I haven't even been able to find the IDW comics so I can read them- compared to Cyberworld and Earthspark, my knowledge of this comic is nearly nonexistent. The same can be said for the final 'verse,...
SKYBOUND
Like I said- I know almost nothing about this universe beyond what's been mentioned at the edges of my social sphere and the like. In both IDW and Skybound's cases, it would take me a while of research just to get to a point where I felt comfortable making an SI/roleplaying in the 'verse. So if you'd like either of those iterations, I'll need ample warning- and I do beg for patience.
