From the moment we started, the activity amongst the majority of the group has been non-existent to say the least. We hoped it was because of Labor Day weekend but as time moved forward (along with Moony’s and I’s unavailability over this past weekend), the group has been radio silent. It is depressing and disappointing to open a group and nobody wants to be on (except for one non-admin member). 

A restart will most likely happen. All members will be expected to reapply if they wish to rejoin. And possibly might have stricter rules on activity because as the admin who had created our opening event, I was upset about the lack of excitement for it.

hello! do you have any rules when it comes to fc resources? are gifs/static icons mandatory?

great question! we don't have any particular requirements when it comes to fc resources -- we recommend not using large gifs but you can use gif, gif icons, static icons or nothing at all! we leave that up to your preference :)
