Practicing instead idolatry, and being blasphemous, by indulging in Dancehall, the musical culture from the Land of my birth. Far be it from me to forget that, before dancehall new me, You molded my talent in the womb of Hip-hop and Rap, Therfore I ask forgiveness from sin of idolatry, and as atonement, present this humble offering. This sacrament is a one off project entitled "Revved up" a Scientific study in humility, it attempts to answer the question that nobody asked, but for anybody who wanted to know. This is what would happen if I was a meek, mild and very unhumble person. Idealized ironically as a ghost written skeleton track on behalf of Meek Mill, it takes the form of a Drake diss. Personally I have nothing against Drake, yay Canada, in fact my relatives regularly visits Canada bringing back such goodies as "Nescafe chocolate" "Speedstick deodorant" Peas, "canned pink salmon" other "healthy" goodies. My former employer, with family in Canada often sang it praises, free Healthcare, Low crime and lots work programmes for Jamaican nationals. So it's all good over here, far be it from me to bite the hand that feeds, plus I love me some "Brunswick sardine, tuna etc". No need to check di meds, mi head good, it nuh need nuh meds. mi ting balance like handstand. May the hip hop Gods find the incense of my offering, a most pleasing aroma and not be incensed by the small 4 bar dancehall snippet that I blasphemed towards the end. wanted this to be a pure Hiphop song, but I was just feeling it.
