TS3 vs TS4, 4 years in.

This has got me thinking. I’m going to do a comparison of the two, point for point, expansion for expansion...and I’ll be fair about it. I have been a fan of the sims from the day Ts2 released, and have owned every piece of content ever released for any game in the series. So, I have hands on experience with all of it.
