I used to get ALLL excited at the beginning of every new year about setting goals and making a vision board. 💫
I’d get out the magazines, the poster board, and blast some Beyonce, only to find myself setting goals that I neverrr stuck to.
Wanna know why??🤷
Because they didn’t connect to my deeper WHY! ✨
When the going got tough, I didn’t really want it bad enough. On the hard days, I wasn’t motivated enough to work towards them. They didn’t connect to any deeper meaning for me.
Your WHY should make you CRY. It should be something that goes so deep, it doesn’t matter how much of a 💩 day you’ve had, you’re gonna SHOW UP ANYWAY.
I decided to go deeper with my why and figure out what it truly is that I wanted out of life. I used my Ultimate Goal Guide to get crystal clear on who I am, what I want, and what drives me.
I determined that my WHY was my family. I want to be the best version of myself for them, be able to keep up with my future kids, chase them and all our future fur kids around our back yard, and be able to BE HERE to grow old with David ❤️️
And guess what? Even though I’m not perfect…I haven’t given up on myself all year long. Sure, there were tougher days, but I kept showing up, because the thought of my loved ones not having a happy and energetic Ingie broke my heart. 💔
