Time for our annual Super Bowl photo! 🏈🤪⁣ ⁣ We will be super honest… with 2020 being the nasty beast that it was, we probably haven’t watched any football since the LAST Super Bowl 🤷‍♀️ ⁣ ⁣ Ehhh whatever, I already got my game-winning ring 💍😘👰⁣ ⁣ how are you (SAFELY!!!! 😷) celebrating the big game?? I am allllll about the snacks! ⁣

What is it that keeps you up at night?⁣ ⁣ 🌙Is it the ideas in your head that you just want to get up and take action on?⁣ 🌙Is it the text message from a friend telling you how amazing they feel?⁣ 🌙Is it the excitement of taking a trip you couldn’t afford before?⁣ 🌙Is it that podcast episode that just totally lit your fire?⁣ 🌙Is it the dream house you want to build someday?⁣ ⁣ Whatever it is…it’s worth it. Don’t ever stop working towards it, my friend! ❤️️⁣ ⁣ What is THAT THING that keeps you up at night??⁣

Can you imagine what this world would be like if everyone was exactly like YOU? (I mean not to brag on myself, but there would be a lot more drivers who use their turn signals… Not that I’m bitter or anything 😜) ⁣ ⁣ Seriously though, my life would COMPLETELY different if I didn’t have the strengths and talents of all my people!⁣ ⁣ I’m SO thankful for the differences in the people around me. It’s what makes our community STRONG! 🙌⁣ ⁣ What is something unique that you bring to your community? OR shout out someone who has had a major positive impact in your life down below 💕⁣ ⁣ (in my fitness community group, we are all about Wednesday Wins, because you DESERVE to recognize your strengths! On today’s Valentine’s Day agenda:⁣ ❤️️ Get a little yoga in … because I love myself and am so grateful for all that body does for me!⁣ ❤️️ Cuddle with some dogs at work⁣ ❤️️ Check in with my challengers, I love my Infinity and Beyond Fit Squad!⁣ ❤️️ Have a delicious Valentines Day dinner with David.⁣ ❤️️ End the night with some Kitty cuddles⁣ ⁣ I hope you have fun plans today with your boo-thang and family. I also hope you have some plans to show YOURSELF some love today.⁣ ⁣ Loving ourselves is one of the most vital aspects of our health journey. If we don’t value ourselves, it’s easy to put ourselves down and push our goals to the backburner. ⁣ ⁣ NOT TODAY (or any day)!⁣ ⁣ What’s on your Love Day agenda?

Officially one month married 💍💕⁣ ⁣ I have to say we got LUCKY to have our wedding when we did… before a good chunk of California went up in flames 🔥❤️⁣ ⁣ It may not have been the big wedding we had originally planned with all our friends and family, but I feel so much gratitude to have been able to marry my best friend on our 8 year anniversary. It was the perfect day, in such a gorgeous area, officiated by the best sister ever, and I felt like an absolute princess all day long. My fairy tale came true 🦄👸⁣ ⁣ Here’s to many, mannnnny more months together 🥰⁣

Things I have learned from marrying 💍 my best friend:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 💕 trust your gut instinct about people.⁣⁣ 💕 long distance is HARD - but it’s worth it with the right person.⁣⁣ 💕love languages are IMPORTANT! Know what yours are and let your partner know too.⁣⁣ 💕 learn to be on your own and make yourself happy first. Your happiness is never your partner’s responsibility.⁣⁣ 💕 opposites CAN attract, but it really helps to have interests and values in common.⁣⁣ 💕 if you’re able to work 50 hour wildlife rehabilitation work weeks together, and still want to spend time together at home… it’s meant to be.⁣⁣ 💕 if you have survived quarantine together… it’s DEFINITELY meant to be!!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ still over the moon about being a Mrs. with him 🥰⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

gotta admit… seeing “Mr. & Mrs.” on our mail gives me major butterflies/goosies every time 🦋🦢⁣ ⁣ If I could describe marriage I would say it’s like reaching a new level of a video game. It is still the same game, you still have the same goals, but everything is a bit more shiny 💍 and new 😍⁣ ⁣ It’s amazing to know it’s gonna be me & my best friend for the rest of forever. and hopefully a crapload of animals along the way 🐶🐱🐶🐱🐰🐹🐸🐒🦉🦆🐍🦃🦒🐘🦄⁣ ⁣ picture credit @will_sundquist ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

What a simple way to tell another struggling soul that there is love to be found in this world.” 💕⁣ ⁣ Crazy how I can bust my butt all day, and that one smile on someone’s face makes it ALLLL worth it! Sometimes just knowing we’ve made a difference is what it’s all about, right?? 🌎✨⁣ ⁣ Sprinkling joy like we’re some badass fairy godmothers 🧚💪⁣ ⁣ I know it sure means the world to me when someone does something nice for me. Yesterday was a little… “ruff” 🐶🙈, if you will. 🤪 but coming home to the love of my life and cuddles made the day a whole lot better☀️⁣ ⁣ Shout out to all the people doing the good work.
