The more I think about it, the more I’m sure that it’s all about addiction and levels of toxicity that I’m too used to bare. This $3.99 pack of Oreos could be: 4 avocados 2 pineapples (on promotion) 2 small watermelons A LOT OF BANANAS 4 or 5 pounds of apples 4 bunches of lettuce 2 packs of celery 1 pound of bell peppers You name it... But nooooo, I had to get it! Nevertheless I have no shame, only a mixed feeling of regret and more awareness about this detail$. It’s cool to know that at least for me: - processed meat like sausages, hot dogs, pepperoni, chorizos, ham, it’s gone. - meat, poultry and fish, gone - shellfish, gone - Dairy and everything that has dairy like: cheese, ice cream, whip cream, butter, all sorts of common desserts, GONE. Still, this addition to starch, sugar and processed vegan options needs to come to an end. It took me a decade to become vegan. And yes I passed through the vegetarian phase during this time. But my addiction to processed sugar and starch is getting to my nerves... I think that’s the result for following so many pages about alkaline diet and life style.
