One of my favourite things ever is that everyone is my family either explicitly understands that I’m a trans guy or has known me long enough that they accept me as an Adult Tomboy, so I’m pretty free to look however I want and nobody questions it
But ALSO I’ve been the only “girl” in my youngest sibling’s life as long as he can remember, so I think he doesn’t really know what actual girls are like at all
So what happens is he’ll tease me for looking like a dude and tell his friends about his “scary big sister”, but all the other stuff- Wearing men’s clothes, men’s haircuts, a binder, referring to myself as a dude, the occasional “sir” or “he/him” pronoun- seems to completely go over his head
So what happens is he’ll bring his friends over from school and I’ll pop in to use the weight bench or something and someone’ll be like “who’s that” and he’ll be like “oh that’s just my sister”
And I’m just there like
