Today’s soaring heat in london calls for a cooling easy dish. Pasta with yoghurt is one of those dishes. It’s a favourite of the little ones. I always use goats yoghurt for cooking, if you prefer using cows milk, then put the hot pasta on top of the yoghurt and do not heat, because cows yoghurt curdles when heated.
