Were dose the goblin kc come from?

I know that it's kinda spoilers to know how the imps are "born " but are the nightmare eating goblins off the table too?

Also answering this one really late QwQ

BUT!

In this universe, goblins are natural beings from the Realm. They are a type of fairy, in a way, just a different variant.

Like all beings of the Realm, they are created during rare phenomena. But a goblin's is rather morbid. When a fairy suffers a tragic or gruesome death and left untouched, their body is reclaimed by the earth, and after a while a goblin emerges from where it laid. They are born from suffering and live to inflict it upon others.

But an important note: the goblin is NOT the dead fairy resurrected, nor possessed by its spirit or retains any memories. They are a completely separate entity molded into creation from the tragic event.

How did you come up with Goblin KC’s name?

I think I used a fantasy name generator and mashed two names together that fit the abbreviation "K.C." >w<

Where he had flicked away his tears, a faint shimmer of golden light suddenly emanated through the soil. The light slowly wormed its way to the surface and across the ground towards the other wall. It had shone bright enough to reach through Lunar’s tightly shut eyes and get his attention. His sobbing ceased as he curiously watched the light travel up the wall, arching, then work its way back down. 

The moment it touched the ground, the light trail burst with gold-speckled leaves. Flowers of all colors peeked through the gaps, buds blossoming. Winding ivy and vines unfurled from the top and slithered down, tips barely grazing the dirt. It looked like a curtain of greenery bordered by leaves. 

To his surprise, a hand reached through.

“Oh, is the little worm scared?”

Lunar bristled at this and sneered. “No.”

The imp clicked his tongue and looked ready to say something when both of them went rigid, standing alert. Before Lunar could question it, he heard a distant and deep rumble as it bounced off the walls. In the light of the bioluminescent fungi the twins grinned at one another, then looked to Lunar.

The first imp purred, “You will be~”

Does Lunar ever have Night terrors about KC or the Blood Twins?

they are the reason he has them, so yes

Actually, getting back to the topic of Mr. Goblin I was wondering the same thing all the time while reading. Why not give him the nightmare bottles? If the Goblins only feed on them, there is no harm or perhaps it is dangerous, does their magical strength increase, their size? They become more vile, I don't know in the fic I only understood that Kc was hungry because of the 'food shortage' of nightmares thanks to moon.

The goblins don't just feed on nightmares. They're responsible for inflicting some of them in the first place. Why would Moon want to cooperate with someone, willingly, who is partly the cause of such nightmares?

Moon doesn't care about the well-beings of goblins, they could starve to death and he wouldn't bat an eye. All he cares about are the children and putting an end to their nightly torment.

He never would have made that deal if Lunar's life hadn't depended on it. And even if the vault did over flow, Moon, being his stubborn self, would have found other means of dealing with the quantity.

Plus, he retains some memories from his time in the Realm and has a gut feeling that goblins must be avoided at all costs.

Though speaking of the vault...I wonder how it's holding up now...
