Night Terrors: Trapped in a space rift with the crew slowly going insane, only Data and Troi are left to find a way to save the Enterprise.
The Pegasus: Riker finds out his former commander from the starship Pegasus has orders that entail more than what is revealed to Picard, who thinks the Enterprise is en route to recover the lost ship. And Riker is ordered to secrecy.
Hard Time: O'Brien tries to re-integrate to life on the station after serving 20 years in a virtual prison.

Streber nightmares where no where as extreme as they used to be. But unfortunately they still got bad along with the episodes that came with them. After a hour of waking up.dealing with screaming, sobbing, and hyperventilating. Streber was doing better but still shaking. He felt so guilty Ara had to see him like that. Streber hated making people worry.
It was especially hard with people he cared about. Streber hated feeling like a burden to people he cared for so deeply. He cared about Ara more then Streber thought he could care about anyone. Which is why mentally this felt like taking a metal baseball bat to the head. The feeling after his nightmares were just extra salt in the wounds.
Streber held on to the nub where his arm was tightly to where his finger nails where almost digging into the skin. "T-thank you. I-I'm sorry..." Streber laid back down, his head was and stomach where hurting so badly due to his nerves and anxiety he had too. He was still shaking pretty hard but he was starting to calm down a bit. Minus the lump he felt in the back of his throat.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." Everytime Sterber feels like he's made some progress when dealing with his trauma, night like this felt like getting shoved back down 50 flights of stairs and being forced to walk them again.

had a dream where me and a bunch of my friends (all female, and I'm transmasc) got raped and we were in this empty hospital (kinda?) place, and we and two people were being sent to give birth at a time in this concrete box room place and I was in line with one of my best friends and absolutely TERRIFIED because this is basically my worst fear and also yk I'm a fucking guy and a MINOR and it was really graphic and detailed and freaked me the fuck out and also we had husbands bc we were forced to be married off and thank God I woke up before I could get to the room, then i woke up shaking in my boots for a long while and squeezing the LIFE out of my comfort plush 🥲
Just felt the need to share that because it scared the living shit out of me
