Didn’t have time to write anything new, but a crucial scene in my WIP Serendipity has a crucial scene in the rain, so I hope it counts! If you haven’t read it already, now is the perfect time to catch up!

Any Gochi fanfics you would recommend besides yours?

There are so many, and I haven’t been reading fanfiction recently, so newer stuff which might be fantastic has probably slipped right by my notice.  But here are just a few that I’ve thought about re-reading recently, which I consider the greatest sign of a fic worth recommending:

@elsakey‘s If I get it all down on paper drabble series.  They’re not complete stories, but each snippet is really well-written and entertaining and takes you to a new AU with gochi.

A Thousand Years by @redaloves, which takes you through the years of Goku and Chi-Chi’s marriage

Don’t Die In Your Hometown and all of Indevan’s gochi side stories in the rock band AU

Perspective of the Uninitiated by Gilberrts takes you to a behind-the-scenes meeting that might’ve happened between Goku and Krillin in the newlywed years for gochi

Build A House by @benvoliotheorphan, which takes you through the years with Goku and Chi-Chi, centered around the theme of the house

Best Laid Plans by Reia (R314), which is a law student AU and pretty angsty and ooc, but I love it anyway

Chi-Chi’s Surprise by Lady Thundera, which is an oldie and the one I remember least clearly on this list because it’s been a while since I read, but I remember it being a hilarious premise about Chi-Chi getting a boob job unintentionally and all the shenanigans that ensue (it doesn’t take itself seriously, so you don’t have to, either)

For those that are interested, I have a new Gochi fic called Phantom. It takes place in the Mirai timeline, where that version of Chi-Chi has to fight Goku Black. Anyone that loves angst will enjoy it, but I promise there will be some romance too. If you’re interested, please check it out. It’s been a while since I’ve done something that wasn’t just a one-shot, and I appreciate any feedback.
