It is more than just words. It more than just the two people. It is more than self. It is about the God who bound it together and the children who need to feel as secure as possible in the best home they can get whether they visit or live their all the time. Marriage is bigger than the couple in it and more powerful when shared together with God than anyone knows. The devil fears marriage because it brings strength in numbers. It is easier for him to pick you off if you are all alone.

What is a servant?

I've been learning in my bible study called Experiencing God. It's about knowing and doing the will of God. Today's lesson really brought to my heart the question about what is a servant? The definition of the word Servant is a person who performs duties for others, especially a person employed in a house on domestic duties or as a personal attendant. Yet I wonder what the biblical definition of Servant was. It is someone who worshipped and did the will of God. I think today people find this very hard since we're sadly so focused on ourselves and our needs and I'm definitely included in being this way. For me personally I want to be a servant of God! I want to be selfless and be God centered! I want to do what he calls me to do. I want Him to be in full control! That famous song is currently ringing in my ears "JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL!"
