Just so that everyone knows, David is an excellent example of putting your interest in someone out in the open, and also being open to rejection.
He told me that he liked me, without any expectation that I would return his feelings.
He also intended to STILL BE MY FRIEND, even if I had decided not to be in a datey-relationship with him.
Because he is an amazing person who values a good friendship. :)))
