God!cor arc, what if; As God!Alcor gradually becomes forgotten by the world, unable to interact with the physical plane anymoreâ the reincarnations of Mizar slowly began to feel something- someone is missing in their lives. Stories of Mizars always being sought by Alcor passed down eons ago, and with humanity's access of preincarnations, of knowing they are Mizar- so then, where's Alcor? The question the world begs for an answer but only Mizar would be the remaining one left to still question it. Go about their lives as normal yet there will always be that sense of absence, the mark of someone who was always there with them for billion of years, feeling like a scabbed wound. Maybe a Mizar would look for answers, driven by the need of it, digging through ancient demonology records until their last breath would be the question of "Who are you, Alcor?" left unanswered. Maybe a Mizar would feel an aching loss within them for the rest of their life, looking for someone long gone, of a presence slowly being forgotten by the world. Maybe a Mizar wouldn't even able to learn the name of Alcor, the name long buried under obscurity, yet their favorite colors pink and yellow, stars their favorite shape, living in a cabin surrounded by familiar pine trees, an eternal feeling of home and loss. Maybe, a Mizar, none the wiser, looks at the night sky and sees the Ursa Majorâ the Big Dipper, would focus on the twin stars; Mizar and Alcor, only, Alcor has long dimmed. And Mizar, bright as always, looked and felt so, so lonely. Maybe, one day, the only thing left for Mizar would be the Ursa Major, their hand always reaching for the night sky as if maybe, just maybe, someone beyond would grasp theirs. Names, books, records, a summoning circle, a family tree, of a twin, long forgotten. Alcor, the forgotten one, would watch above the skies, an all-knowing gaze upon Mizar, unable to take their hand, never again for this universe.

Based on the Gravity Falls AU (Official Blog here) and art by @alviearts
The iconic sibling duo, and their many relationship dynamics. Art by @ii-thiscat-ii . Honestly this could double as a dipper and Mabel playlist from canon, but with unexpected angst.

Sub AU of TAU, the songs mostly explore Dipper and Fordâs relationship and trauma, or Fordâs guilt. (Official blog here) art by @diddlydarndoodles
Best bros. I really like their platonic/family dynamic, and the way their personalities work together. Song suggestions are very much appreciated. Art by @hiridraws
My favorite duo either being badass, or helping each other through rough times. Or in silly scenarios I find funny. Art by @moonfoxgazer . Song suggests wanted.
This fic is SO good and aged incredibly with the Book of Bill. Highly recommend. Fic by Guavain, art by @that-ghosts-art (Ghost also suggested a TON of amazing songs that are now on it)
Tasty Dipper angst. Thatâs basically it. Also some identity crisis from feeling like less than a person. Fic by @sezija and art by me
A/N Hey been a while! Wrote this in my last year of high school for an English assignment (I got an A- :D) and then kept forgetting to share it and I figured now would be as good a time as any (kinda make up for not updating my other fic in over a year now) Hope you all enjoy it ^-^

He had watched them grow since they had first left the dark depths of the ocean. He had guided them through the hot savanna plains into caves, into mud huts, and into plastered homes. He had not created them, but he was their God and he would protect them no matter what. He would keep them safe from the dangers of the larger universe and even, on occasion, themselves. He was Alcor, the immortal Star, and he had seen planet after solar system after galaxy grow and live and die. Sometimes he would join them, and befriend a small few, through glowing shadows, whispery voices, and the most vivid dreams anyone had never thought they could ever have.
Now millions of years since he had first started paying attention to the mortals that ruled the surface of the planet, Alcor was lost. He had watched and guided and befriended the people of this planet for so long, he almost couldnât remember why he even started. They looked up to him, looked up into the sky for his guidance, but what was the point? Alcor knew better than anyone that it was only a matter of time before they all returned to the ground, only a matter of time before everything was nothing more than atoms in the wind, only a matter of time before he was all alone again.
Alcor watched the glimmering water, ignoring the cool sea breeze with the ease of someone who had not noticed such meaningless details in thousands of years. âWhat are you thinking about?â Maeve asked. She was Alcorâs most recent friend, bright and bubbly and bold, always ready to knock some sense into him whenever he got into a mood which had become more and more frequent in recent years. She had been the one to suggest they go watch the sunset over the vast ocean just outside her home.
Maeve looked at the tangible shadow beside her and gave Alcor a pointed look, a single eyebrow raised and a small teasing smile pulling at the edges of her lips. âWell?â
Alcor sagged, looking down at his hands. âWhatâs the point,â he whispered, letting his hands drop into his lap. âYouâre all just going to be gone in a few decades. What does any of this matter?â
âWhat do you mean?â Maeve asked, straightening up, all relaxed calm vanishing from her shoulders. Alcor looked to the side away from her, staring at the small pile of pebbles that sat there.
âI mean why am I even bothering involving myself with everyone. Youâre all going to die, and Iâm stuck watching everyone and everything disappear and change, just as I always have.â He picked up one of the pebbles, feeling its smooth speckled grey surface, and tossed it into the glittering water with a small plip as it hit the surface.
âWell, weâre here now. Iâm here now. Surely that means something?â Maeve reasoned, watching Alcor as he threw another pebble, another plip.
âBut it wonât.â Another pebble, another plip. âNot in the grand scheme of things.â
âWhat about the smaller âschemeâ though,â she said. Another pebble, another plip.
Alcor stayed quiet, looking at his pile of pebbles, so Maeve continued. âYou say youâre stuck watching everyone go away but it seems to me that youâre just stuck looking at the big picture.â Another pebble, another plip. âYouâre so focused on what will happen that youâre not bothering with what is happening.â
Splash! Maeve jumped slightly at the sound of Alcor throwing the rest of the pile of pebbles at once, each small stone hitting the calm water as one large body of granite and marble. They both looked out at the ocean, the sky becoming more colourful as the sun continued down its path towards the horizon. âIâm just, so tired of losing everyone.â Alcor lamented, curling up, staring at nothing and thinking of everything. Maeve thought for a moment, wondering what to say next, and how to say it.
âWhen my Grandma died, my Mum hid herself away, wouldnât talk to anyone, not even Ma.â Alcor glanced at her through the corner of his eyes, not moving his head. More sure of what she was saying Maeve pushed forward. âShe would just lock herself in the backroom for hours until she had to come out for food. It was like that for weeks. And when she did start talking to us again she was so scared we were next to go. She was so focused on what could happen to us she forgot we were still there. But, with time, it got better. She realised that what was going to happen was the futureâs business, and right then and there was all she needed to worry about.â
âWhy are you telling me this?â
âBecause right now youâre reminding me of her an awful lot, you idiot.â she said with a smile, before sobering up again. âObviously, when something does happen youâre allowed to be sad, thatâs just natural, but when weâre all still okay, itâs important to remember the big picture isnât everything. The little ones can be nice too.â
Alcor ran the idea through his head, thinking it over. It made perfect sense, and it was sound logic. He was not alone yet, so why think and act like it?
He looked up at the horizon. The sun kissed the ocean, a rainbow of colours spilling out across the sky like an artistâs paint splattered across their palette, ready to be transformed into their next great work. The soft sea breeze danced through his hair and the smell of salt and petrichor from the earlier shower filled his senses.
As the sun disappeared below the glittering water, Alcorâs realisation rose. A new dawn of ideas fresh as the cool morning dew. Alcor smiled to himself.
@godcorâ asked:Â * BITES YOU * * BITES YOU * * BITES YOU * * BITES-
is this... some kind of shadow? itâs not one youâve ever seen before. you frown, take a moment to try to assess its weakness, when -Â
it sinks its nasty little teeth into your leg.
â you PIECE OF SHIT! iâm going to slice you to fucking pieces, OW!  what the FUCK ?! â
If theyâre in between lives, yes, absolutely, just like before. However, once the universe goes dark and thereâs the period between the last star blinking out and the birth of the next universe.... then souls are asleep and itâs just Dipper and the Flock.
