Darkness. You are in darkness. Slowly the darkness fades. You're home, in the Daycare. It's like nothing had ever happened, yet you can't help but feel like something is off, the corner of your vision blurry, like you aren't actually there. You wander the Daycare, confused. A shrill scream. You rush towards the sound of it.
A room. A dark room. You can barely see anything. Someone turns on the light. Oil. Oil, everywhere, leaking from the stump of an animatronic's neck. Dull, light blue body, ragged clothing. You feel like you should recognize it, but the name won't come. Your friend, or maybe your brother, you can't tell, is holding a box. A head sits in it, with a hopeful smile, still slightly wet with tears, drip, drip, dripping bloody oil. A note. Shaky writing. Someone saying that maybe now that they're dead, someone will finally be happy. Who is the note for? Who wrote it? You feel like you should know. But you can't think of the name. You can't give a name to the headless body and drip, drip, dripping decapitated head. It smiles at you with empty, lifeless eyes. It opens it's mouth.
"Are you proud of me? I died for you! You don't have to see me ever again! Are you proud?"
"A̷̝͒ŗ̸̄E̷͖͐ ̴̨͗y̴̱̓O̷̢͂ȗ̵̧ ̵͍͊P̵̤̍ř̷͎Ȏ̸̗ú̴̝D̵͓́?̸̼̿"
You wake up. The Daycare is gone. The drip, drip, dripping oil is gone. You're back in the forest. You aren't sure what that was. Your head hurts.
You don't know why, but you feel like you did something horrible.
Will you bury the feeling away?
(This ask can go to Moon, Sun, or Monty. This one tried to keep it as ambiguous as possible.) 📕
