Oh dear god, this thing is here too
Tagged by my awesome bro here @divine-colossus, an awesome writer that I met in the famous @victubia streams held each Saturday by our boss and queen @gabbiness (check them out, its worth the time if into youtubers) and lets do this for once.
Where do you publish your work?
Until now I published into Fanfiction.net (I have 2 stories there but a lot of ideas that yet need to be published) and now I began with Tumblr. I have the same name if you want to check out my stories but for now its still not worth it, unless interested in a manga/anime called Gakuen Alice.
What medium/application/etc. do you write in or with?
I use Microsoft Word as a writing engine.
Do you collaborate with others?
Im a beginner in this business and since I lack the time to participate actively in a project, I didnt collaborated with anybody yet. BUT if anybody there likes how I write or my ideas, can message me and try to make something. Of course, that person will need patience.
How much editing do you do before you publish?
Im more the kind of writer that writes on a whim, so if an idea pops up while Im writing than Im trying my best to include it too. I have the bad habit of not checking my stories before publishing them though so if there are a lot of mistakes please dont kill me yet I will try to edit the story/chapter/whatever again and destroy this bad habit once and for all.
Do you listen to music when you write?
It depends to be sincere. Sometimes yes because if I feel like I need to disconnect from the world, music is the best medicine. Sometimes no, because if I really need to concentrate I cant do it while listening to music or anything else that represents noise.
How do you decide what to write about?
The idea pops in my head if I think about a certain thing and poof I want that idea to transform it into a story.
When I can since: lack of time, freaking real life that just tries the impossible to bite me in the ass and other reasons.
If it will be after me, how much I would write.
Do you take requests? Why/why not?
Sure, Im up for it but more importantly is to find someone first who likes my stories.
Is there any genre or type of story you want to write but are hesitant to?
Im hesitant when Im trying to enter the creepypasta zone aka. the horror/thriller genre since as I said I just began and Im not so good. To explain it better: I think (last year?) I tried to upload my very first creepypasta story in the Creepypasta wiki and it got accepted by an administrative while after 2 hours it got deleted by another administrative who said it was a disaster. I was so mad at those times that I even argued with another writer who was trying to help me out and which, one day, I hope he/she would forgive me for not even listening to him/her. After some time I decided that I will try to practice and make better my writing before trying again to publish said story/ chapter.
Any inspirational quotes, videos, tricks, articles, etc. that help you stay motivated?
For now nothing, but if I would recommend one is: Never give up your dreams.
I've done that and now Im regretting it while trying to recuperate all that lost time since, thankfully, I still can.
Go to page 7 of your WIP, skip to the 7th line, share 7 sentences, and tag 7 more writers to continue the challenge.
Now let me see since Im not sure if I got seven pages... oh yes I did, heck I didnt even realized (Im such a doofus):
*Warning! This is a spoiler for chapter 3 of my Victubia fanfiction so if you read it, its at your own risk:
"Since their first daughters were born, every child in the family had their own mask which would conceal their appearance and were never let to attend any social event at which the family was invited.
All of them knew the danger they were exposed with if their identities were revealed so nobody made a fuss of it. Lilianne was quite happy that she didn’t have to act all snobby all the time. Also, for this arrangement she was able to attend her kindergarten too and not some high class noble school.
And this it was all thanks to her paternal grand-mother.
When her grand-mother, Barbara Roxanne Morpheus, heard about this arrangement she was quite pleased with it. Although, she made clear her wish that if the identities of her nieces would never be known until they believe it’s safe to make their names public, the girls and future children will have to attend the Public Victubia School, which included kindergarten, middle school and high school."
Hope it wont kill your brains. and since I dont know 7 writers, I can only write 3: @lilyrosethedreamer, @mishy3wynnn and @j-razilla (althought the last one Im sure it wont answer -trying to cry while smiling proudly- )
