Serenity was walking through town as she tried to kill some time before meeting up with her brother. He seemed to have something important going on, since he wasnt home yet. And since she doesn’t have a spare key for his apartment, she somehow needed to do something else.

As she was walking trough the streets, her eyes got stuck on a all too familiar person. She always would recognize this crazy hairstyle of his. No doubt about it. This guy must be her brothers best friend. She walked up to him and gently tapped his shoulder. “Excuse me? Aren’t you Yugi?”

“Quick, quick, quick...” He mumbled, fumbling for his cell phone. He dialed the first number he thought’ve - which, okay, might not have been the smartest thing to do - and presed call. “Come on, come on... pick up, damn.”

By the time the ringing stopped e’d dropped the cell phone twice already. Swearing, he picked it up. “Hey, you there,? Please tell me this ain’t the answerin’ machine...”

“What’s that, my Knight?” A grin spread across the lips as he stepped towards Timaeus. “Fancy a moment of affection?” And before the other could reply, Yami kissed his cheek a few times.

I would not call myself affectionate, but at times I did crave such a thing. Even if I served the Pharaoh for a short period, I continued to seek his company & perhaps whatever affection he would give. I remained a Duel Spirit, after all. There was nothing greater than praise from your Master.

     “Yes. Thank you.”

My lips turned into a small smile & I returned the favor, albeit on the Pharaoh’s forehead.

Frowning softly as the female thought for a moment. “Possibly my kindness? I’m always told I’m sweet and that it’s nice to see someone treat everyone kindly.” Tilting her head slightly to the side. “Even people who feel they do not deserve it, are happy when I show them kindness. As I believe everyone deserves it.” Smiling softly as she nodded. “Oh yes, I’ve been told by a few they admire how I believe there is good in everyone, as honestly I don’t blame those who do wrong, they must have a reason for doing what they are doing, so I believe if you give them a chance you might found out they aren’t as bad as you make them seem.”
