No, that's wrong.

Itsy Bitsy is a woman who had Spider-Man and Deadpool's DNA injected into her by a villain called Patient Zero (really Deadpool's ex-friend Weasel).

She calls both of them Daddy. In the sex way, yes, but kinda in the relation way too.

The spider that bit Spidey (and Cindy Moon, aka Silk) is called Goddess, and she gained sapience, giant size and other human abilities. She now fights crime by eating criminals.
