I did that terrible thing where I'm crying and I tried to offhandedly tell my parents not to make fun of me and because i talked i started basically sobbing. 

I spent the rest of that stupid movie ducking my face into my shirt and biting my lip to try and keep from sobbing loudly.

toronto is weird. everyone thinks "oh it's canada, it must be cold" and then they come to toronto in the summer and are in for a rude awakening. (and apparently ottawa is both colder in winter and hotter in summer.) personally, I'm okay until it goes over 25, and then I start to whine.

I doubt I got burnt badly enough to have a fever but I have been weirdly cold since last night, so I've been wondering if it has something to do with that...
