monster: a brownie. a secretive hobgoblin-esque little thing which inhabits houses, living no one else, taking up residence in little unused areas of a building like attics and holes in walls. it helps around the house, but will leave if the tenants mistreat them/their gifts. they can become malevolent if mistreated or angered by the treatment of the house, making inhabiting a building extremely unpleasant for people they don't like.

@slayingbells honestly I just don't think I have the words rn. but on my rewatch I will think both about how to express my point & also stay alert for, like, what exactly is affecting my feelings about her and how much is writing vs like potential mental block against lesbians being awful people

colours: a reddy-gold > an autumn colour, strong but not overwhelming, one of those colours which changes depending on the light being many things and fitting the idea of change and transition, beautiful in whatever state. bright blue > like the sky on a sunny day, something that makes you (me) smile, the memory of childhood summers and running through the grass in shorts, positivity. soft green > like pine trees, reassuring and stable, creates thoughts of nature and life.
