If Legendary is able to convince Toho to let them borrow The Godzilla license for the west for another 6 years (unless they already have), can Mike be allowed to be the director of all Godzilla movies afterwards? As well as the potential Mothra spin-off? It's clear he understands and knows what fans want and doesn't give a damn about critics think about movies where giant monsters, y'know, fight.
And also, he'll probably sneak in some Mothzilla scenes in the movies and we all need that in our life.
