Ok i know that the cat's life being tied to Orpheus' lifeforce means that Remy will likely be having the family cat on his lap and then he sudenly is in a lot of pain and then ceases existing. But, Orpheus sends the critter back to his family. A pregnant feline finds her way to the family home. And then a few weeks later one black kitty is extremely attached to Remy and refuses to leave. And so they adopt that kitten and Virgil ties it to Remy's lifeforce, it goes blind in one eye after the curse is cast until it's broken. And when Roman visits for the frist time it instantly likes him. Which only ever happened with Patton before. Everyone else, heavy scrutiny.

Aaaah! And that's why V suggests Remy take the job as Remy's assistant. And then A client gets violent and punches Remy in the eye and Emil insists on taking care of it. And Remy tries to stop him, but cant use force and then Emile us looking in his eyes and nothing happens. And Remy panics and goes to see his dad without his glasses and v us like Remy what, the curse broke! Omg how!?

And Remy has a nice talk about liking this boy and v is super sweet and supportive and when their eyes meet he reads up and says "I'd forgotten... I missed this," he whispers.

Virgil smiling so sweetly and taking Remy's face into his hands-and then he just ;A; kisses the corners of his eyes and now he's sobbing but like-they're happy and joyous tears and he can only manage to say "Damocles was right." And Remy knows exactly what he means when they hug

And Patton is also super thrilled when he finds out it's Emile because he just-he-family uwu

But then Remy has to decide of he wants to reveal himself as a god to Emile, and that's not going to be easy for many reasons
