These were contest entries for an "Gods of Egypt" Theme. I chose Horus as he is one of the harder to make gods and I wanted a challenge. I really like how these turned out.

The Most Famous Egyptian Mythology Gods and Goddess

In the deepest core of the human conciseness lies a sense of reason that always seeks answers and explanations to everything surrounding us.

The ancient Egyptians were among the first who took notice to the world around them and the natural phenomena like the rising & setting of the sun, the flooding of the Nile, death and countless others that made them explore concepts like creation, afterlife, resurrection, reincarnation and celestial deities responsible for creating and controls these forces.

Because of that way of thinking ancient Egyptian gods and goddess were born to offer answers to the mysterious around them, these beliefs affected their life, culture and the whole structure of their society.

The deities afforded the order they need as each deity was the physical embodiment of an element like The sun god Ra, the Sky God Horus, The Motherhood Goddess Isis, The Ruler of The Underworld Osiris, The Moon God Khnsou, The Nile God Sobek and countless others who came in different shapes and sizes. Great temples and chapels were built in their honor to in order to win their graces.

I have some issues with sleeping (sleeping about 4 hours is pretty normal for me

now). So at 5 am i woke up, at 6am i was at pinterest just scrolling pictures for inspiration. And here we are.
