Sans answered the question in the same way he answered all uncomfortable-queries-he-didn’t-know-the-answer-too.
With lots and lots of inappropriate giggling.

This? This was fine. Only his everything hurt and he was currently staring at something that LOOKED AN AWFUL LOT LIKE SANS VERSION 2, and he was in Snowdin but not, but that was okay. Everything was okay. This was just fucking P E A C H Y.
He clamped a hand over his left eye, fingers d i g g i n g. It flashed from cyan to gold and back again at an almost frantic pace, his magic shuddering and reacting to the pain radiating out from somewhere deep in his socket.

“i dunno. funny, right.” Sans giggled again, because why not. “lots apparently. a friggen skele-ton.” That was still funny, right? Well, he was apparently conversing with himself, so of course it was. OtherHim would appreciate that, he was sure. “but damned if i know… i think i’m dreaming. that would make sense….”
He wanted to mention that dreaming never hurt so much, but decided against it. The alternative was, of course, that he’d just gone full on BONKERS, but he wasn’t ready to accept that possibility just yet.
“…tell ya what, why don’t you….uh…i?….why don’t you start maybe filling things in for me and i’ll….i’ll just sit here. won’t be long….i think i just need to chill out with the snow for a bit…”
