Hear me out on this. Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol is like a Lupin III movie. Four main characters with a dogged honest cop in pursuit of them while they try to accomplish their goals.

Ethan Hunt is Lupin, always thinking ahead, never giving up.

William Brandt is Jigen, the American with no computer skills who still shoot the wings off a fly if he wanted.

Benji Dunn we have to get creative with. He would be Goemon if Goemon was a British computer guy instead of a Japanese samurai.

Jane Carter is Fujiko, the femme fatale who looks great in a dress and can kill you just as easily as smile at you.

Anatoly Sidorov is Zenigata, the cop determined to bring our crew to justice for crimes for which he believes them guilty.
