In all honesty, Jack hadn’t been paying all that much attention to his friend. It had been a particularly long day of work and he still had to work on his art project; even though he was barely enrolled in enough units to be considered part time, he was far behind.
However, at the mention of proposal, his gaze flashed back to Peggy, eyebrow arched as he processesd what she was saying.
“Wait. so now you’re engaged? I thought we hated this guy!”
"I wanna destroy our friendship... Let's play Monopoly."
“I thought our friendship already was destroyed,” Jack pointed out with a grin. “In fact, I would hardly even count us as friends.. more like mortal enemies that have grown complacent with each other..”
