So apparently the original gogyWhip was the one with the black background. Tubbo discovered the emote because his mod showed it to him (the transparent one), the transparent one was taken down by the creator of the original one. Tubbo saw the original (thinking it was a copy) and he didn't like it so Ranboo jokingly said to report and because the stream had over 70k people watching some of them reported it and it got taken down.

The thing is that some people are genuinely angry at tubbo over the emote getting removed when he wasn't even the one to report it.

Tubbo's chat at some point was even filled with angry people spamming over the emote.
