i guess this is old now, but heres the piece I did for @goingghostphanzine!

My piece for the GoingGhost Phanzine!  We’re shipping out the physical copies of the zine soon, and if you missed out on those, the digital watermark-free versions are on the way for purchase! :D Please check it out!!! The zine came together wonderfully and there’s an awful lot of beautiful art in there~ It’s my first zine and I’m super happy to be a part of it! <3

For my contribution, I wanted to play with the idea of Valerie piecing together Danny Phantom’s identity after the events of D-Stabilized - an episode like that for a character like Valerie has GOT to shake up some world views. 

I had several iterations of this general idea (and maybe I’ll draw out some of those in the future?) but the classic newspaper-clipping-conspiracy version won out in the end. It allowed me to cram all sorts of fun little details into one picture, hehe. Hopefully my own chicken scratch is a legible stand-in for Valerie’s obsessed note-taking. How close did Valerie get to figuring it all out?... We’ll never know, unfortunately, but I believe she had to have gotten pretty close!

My piece for @goingghostphanzine !! 👻💚

My episode was ‘Teacher of the Year’. I had like four different ideas that I wanted to do and out of all of them this idea was like ..plan C. Plans A and B actually had Technus in them but Oh Well. I ended up procrastinating and rushing, but I’m happy with how it came out! Especially happy to have even finished it at all! 

Also made entirely on Medibang Paint which doesn’t have the CMYK format thing so I’m sorry if this looks completely different printed sorry again zine editors ;;

AT LAST!!! Here is the FULL version that I created for @goingghostphanzine The episode I was assigned was “KINDRED SPIRITS” & I loved Dani & Danny Phantom together. They were also a blast to draw Although physical copies are sold out, a PDF version without the watermark will soon be on sale! Also all proceeds will be donated to the YouthBuild.

Preorders are finished!

Thanks to everyone who ordered a copy of the zine! We have officially concluded preorders, and are going to move on to the next phase, so now it’s time to GO GHOST! All that’s left is to finalize the book and submit our order for publishing! This would not have been possible without you phans, so from us mods and all the contributing artists, thank you so much for your support.

If you missed your chance to preorder a copy, don’t worry! Once we finish up the production process and have recieved our order of the physical copies of the zine, we will surely end up with extras, which will be sold through the storenvy just like the preorders. In addition, there will be a digital version available for purchase soon.

We’ll be sure to let you know when the zine has started shipping out to those that preordered a copy, as well as when digital/leftover copies will be coming. Stay tuned for the next update!~

DUE DATE CHANGE

Us mods realized the original due date was awkwardly on a Thursday, and since multiple people have requested a few-day extension already, we have decided to extend the due date to this Monday, January 23rd. This way, everyone has the rest of the weekend to finish their pieces! :D

All contributing artists have been sent an email with this information and a reminder of how to submit your pieces.

We hope everyone enjoys the rest of their week, and will take the extra weekend time to put those final details on their pieces :)
