Tim bored out of his mind at this Gala like any other Gala that gets hosted, Danny running into Tim, Tim immediately being star struck but this Stranger he's never seen before thinking love at first sight.

Tim: "Wow you're so pretty.."

Danny: " thank you but I'm actually running from my godfather right now, he keeps trying to show me off to other "Heirs"."

Tim: (thinks about how much Bruce has been bothering his siblings about getting married and having grandkids)"... Just how badly do you wanna get away from your godfather?"

It's not very long but I thought it was funny lol, I'd imagine Tim and Danny are like 18-20 years old

He had been, both when he was alive, and after, and of course Dash had to know that. Everyone who had ever seen Phantom fight had to know that. But he didn’t say any of that, he just gave Dash a small nod and pulled himself up onto the roof, where he draped himself up and over Dash’s window like a snake. He crossed his arms and sat listening.

Been reading "You Wouldn't Like Me Alive" by @ectoplasmranch and the setting and emotion is captured with such a nostalgic, unsettling poignancy that it's given me more than one nightmare. Perhaps the opposite of cathartic. It just keeps building and building and keeping me on the edge of my seat, in the way that each breath on a snow silenced night crystallizes and pierces you to the core. Really really lovely.
