Option #2 has arrived at Dad's shop! We're going over it today. It is a much better shell than the first one we saw and at 4.5k is much cheaper BUT more work is involved for sure. . As an old chevy Snap-On truck, this one is a bit nostalgic for me. Growing up a mechanic's daughter meant many hours at the shop. Seeing the "tootsie roll man" aka the tool truck was a highlight of the week. Dad got new tools, my sisters and I got candy. Win win! . So some features of this one are that it also has a lift gate, is wired and has a few outlets already. It has the best metal wall ever to hang plants on 😲😍🌱 and plenty of room for the dogs! . The main thing with this one is that it runs well. The goal today is to ensure it is mechanically sound. It's a gas engine with 80k miles but it has been sitting for a little while. We have found small things so far that we can fix. Just finished dinner...and currently finishing reign(as you guys know now is my current obsession🙊🙈 but it’s about to end!!!!) - We finally showered after working on the rv for a few hours & got SO MUCH done! And I think I’ve realized that’s the one thing I’m going to miss most when we go tiny. - Long hot showers😍 (because we’re going to have a 20 gallon tank...which isn’t that much) - But at least I already only wash my hair 1x per week😂 #greasetraining for the win!!! - Have any of you guys tried it yet?!?
