I really enjoyed making this piece as the act of creating it was full of movement and fun and really captures what I’m exploring for my project theme! It’s a collage of most of the marks I make when I fidget, lots of lines, dots, splatters and movement!

Who knew that just drawing lines would be so beneficial to my health. Started drawing in January as a form of therapy for 2 reasons: 1) Relieves my anxiety (due to PTSD- combat related) 2) helps my central nervous system and Nuero cognitive impairments due to TBI’s. If anyone has any pointers I would really appreciate it

Just Another Hitchhiking Trip:

Starting Location: Letterfrack, Ireland

Destination: Belfast, Northern Ireland

Time: approximately 11 hours

Now this was a very exhausting journey merily because of the weather. We experienced rain and cold winds, all while being under the weather ourselves. Nevertheless, we did get to Belfast. I couldn’t even tell you how many rides we had because there were too many to count. The drive itself is just under five hours, yet as you can see above we spent much longer on the road. This is mainly because we had tons of short rides. We accepted them because it was worth it (we would be escaping the cold, even if it was only a couple of kilometers onward). Thankfully as it was nearing dark, we had a wonderful man who gave us an hour ride, which took us into the city of Belfast. He even dropped us off at our desired address around 10 that night. It was a very long day. 

So what we learned from this little trip?

1) Wear warmer clothes and have a rain jacket 

2) Don’t hitchhike if your are sick... usually not worth it

3) Hitchhiking still remains a successful mode of transport

Today marks just 4 months until bottom surgery 😄🙌✨ - however, for those of you who don't know, there's been a new development with whom my surgery was originally going to be with. My plan was to have Meta with Dr. Chen in San Francisco, Dec. 13 this year. He will now be leaving the practice by the end of September. So...I currently have a consultation set up with one of their new doctors on Aug. 31 - 1 of which originally trained Crane and Chen in Urology, and each have been training alongside both Crane and Chen in Meta for about a year now. These facts are comforting and make me feel as though I will still be in good hands, as I specifically chose this practice largely due to their technique and skill levels. They say I can either still have surgery on Dec. 13, or we might be able to move it up! 😍🤗 I'm also not sure yet if it will be in their San Francisco office or their Austin location. 😬 Coming up quick! 😄💙🌱#bottomsurgerynews #4monthsandcounting #whoscounting #meta #comingsoon #changeinplans #universeguided #goingwiththeflow #update #sograteful

i'm really just trying to go with the flow & not catch feelings, but damn that's hard when someone's so gorgeous & you just like every thing about them from the way they think, to the things that interest & excite them, & you even find their flaws and imperfections even more beautiful. and idk it's complicated but like i said, i'm just going with the flow.
