General Backstory

Originally born to the noble Marmalade family that loyally served the queen of the Land of Sweets. He grew up being very close friends to the princes and princess as well, so Princess Strawberry’s disappearance later on in years shook him greatly. It made him want to become a solider for his nation even more than he even wanted to be, however his father told him various times that he was not honorable throughout growing up. To his fighting style to his own personality.

It lead him to eventually be disowned by his family, but he eventually found work traveling around place to place as a nomadic merchant. However, he also does work as a mercenary as well who known as one of the best men for hire to get. Prince Chocolate have tried to encourage him to join him and become one his retainers, but he refused and claimed he preferred the life he got now.

General Personality

Seems like a very easy going and approachable person to be around. Typically friendly to be around Nonetheless, he does not trust others easily and keep people at a emotional distance. Despite acting very happy go lucky and care free, he’s very observational and cautious; very intelligent and more mature than his at time times excitable and dramatic attitude may show. Due to his typical cheerful persona he shows, it is hard to read him or his intentions; which can be dangerous as he is subtly very dubious and very selfish than he may initially show.

It had been nearly a month and Echo was already desperate. Everyone kept assuring him that things were fine, that it was not unusual for a person of Julia’s background to just cease contact for months at a time. Neither the police nor his parents would believe him when he told them that something was decidedly wrong about it. That Julia always at least sent a text every other day and that she had not responded in so long that it gave him anxiety.

That was how Echo found himself standing at the entrance of a private detective agency. He never thought he would consider something so costly but he was desperate to find his sister and at his wits end with everyone else’s lack of concern or compassion. Echo took a deep breath and knocked on the door with the bold name of the detective he sought to hire glued to the frosted glass.

now, i totally get it. i get being a little jelly from time to time or feeling some insecurity, every rper goes through it. i do from time to time but i SHAKE IT THE FUCK OFF AND REMEMBER MY RP PARTNER LOVES MY SHIP JUST AS MUCH AS I LOVE IT LOL. but sometimes, rpers are feeling one ship more than the other and that doesn’t mean any of their ships are less important or valid. it’s like how multimuse rpers sometimes favor a certain muse one day and then a different muse the next. it just happens. especially if you are a multishipper – the rper is going to have different ships that bring different chemistry and interactions compared to others and that’s ok. that’s what makes it exciting and fun, dammit.

what’s not okay is acting out on this or making your rp partner feel bad for paying more attention to one ship for a bit. i don’t mean constantly, if you’re feeling shafted and constantly ignored, then you should for sure bring that up with your rp partner. i just mean when it’s just a random occurrence or smth. like, damn, sometimes i’m just feeling one ship more than the other and not for any reason. i’m not trying to hurt anyone’s feelings or make them feel less important. i just love all my ships and i get excited about all of them and some days ( usually when i’ve been talking a lot about a ship with the other rper ) i just get in the mood for a certain ship.

tbh this is why i’ve heavily considered going single ship if certain rp partners of mine would want to do so. but also i just really love seeing all the different facets that come with the different ships, it’s interesting and fun.

serial shippers / ship collectors are a whole different kettle of fish, though… ya’ll keep that shit. I DON’T WANT IT.
