Just wanted to show our weird little gold barb with a white tail.

Barbs

Just wanted to show off some of my new favorite fish!

First is tiger barbs. You’ve probably seen them before.

They also come in green!

Next there’s gold barbs. They remind me of goldfish.

And tinfoil barbs.

Then we have Odessa barbs- the males have a gorgeous coloring!

And we have arelius barbs, which appear to have feathery dorsal fins. (Disclaimer: Not sure if this is fin rot- multiple photos looked like this.)

And we have the long and large Denison barbs.

And zebra barbs (barbs, not danios. There are zebra danios. Different species.)

And cherry barbs too!

And lastly, my personal favorite, black ruby barbs!

One of my barb grannies sadly died. The other barb was just hiding all the time since then, so I got 4 baby barbs as fast as I could. Granny Barb directly swam to them like "These are my kids now" 🥺❤️
